			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Web Atom and RaProducts today announced that they have entered into an agreement under which The Web Atom will acquire JavaRa. The acquisition will ensure the further development of JavaRa as an open source project. Fred de Vries will be joining The Web Atom in the role of Chief Software Architect.</p>
<p>The Web Atom will re-engineer JavaRa from the ground up, utilizing the newest technologies available in Windows. The original RaProducts versions will continue to be made available and provided with definition updates.</p>
